With regards to the flat, it is a 1st floor reasonably sized flat with kitchen/ living room diner (see pictures) in Bow; E3; it is a 20 min walk from Mile End Underground station, 20 mins from Westferry or 15 minutes from Devon's Road DLR (20 mins total from Stratford station).
It includes 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, a washer and dryer, gas hobs (god bless) and dishwasher. (All functional/ have had no issues in the past year).
It also comes with 2 LOVELY housemates; Emily (cis/ bi) and Daara (nb/bi) who are looking for a like- minded person to take over my contract. They both go to Queen Mary University and will be in third year come September. Seeing as I'll no longer be in the flat my priority is ensuring the transitional phase goes smoothly and that all three of you get on well, so popping over for a look and a coffee is ideal, as we're looking for someone who enjoys communal living/ sharing the communal space, the occasional film night or dinner together etc. The house is pretty chill, very clean, there is no smoking in the communal space and no pets but aside from that no "rules" aside from respecting each other etc etc.
Ideally, you'd be taking over the contract for 1 year and 1 month as I'm looking to leave 1 month early (moving home) but a sublet for 1 month could also work (though not preferred). The contract is to be renewed on August 17th so I'm looking to move out July 17th.
